Bank Transfers over Easter 2026

Banks will not be processing SEPA Classic transfers on Friday or Monday over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Therefore, we are advising members to use SEPA Instant where available or to make a transfer early if you need funds to reach an account before the weekend.

For SEPA Classic transfers, we have been advised that Thursday, 2nd April at 12pm is the deadline. SEPA Classic transfers made after 12pm on Thursday may not reach the destination account until Tuesday, 7th of April.

This will affect both transfers in and out of your accounts.

Please also note, these non-banking days (Friday and Monday) will affect direct debits. If you have a direct debit due to be debited from your bank between 3rd and 6th of April, this will not be debited until Tuesday 7th. Please ensure you leave funds in your bank account to meet this direct debit.
