The Sparing-up Savings Account
- This is set-up as an offline savings sub-account under your current membership number.
- Your Sparing-up account will have it's own IBAN.
- Lodgements can be made through all currenly available methods.
- This sub-account won't be visible to you on the Affinity Credit Union mobile app or within Online Banking.
- You can enquire on the balance or request a statement by phone or in branch.
- IMPORTANT: Withdrawals can only be facilitated in branch.

To Open a Sparing-up account and Start Saving:
1. Simply complete the form below.*
2. We will provide you with an IBAN specific to this account via e-mail.
3. Set up a regular standing order using this IBAN. We recommend that you budget to find out how much spare disposable income you can comfortably put aside each week/fortnight/month and set up an automated transfer for that amount.**
*Alternatively, send an e-mail to info@affinitycu.ie stating "I wish to open a Sparing-up account". Include your full name and member number in this e-mail. You can also request in branch or by phone. **You can make additional lodgements by all currently available methods, including card payment online and on the mobile app.
