We have a team of professional and experienced staff across our 5 branches ready to answer your calls. Our centralised phone number was introduced to streamline the experience for you, ensuring your call is directed to the correct department so we may deal with your query in a quick and hassle free manner.
We are available by phone Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 4:00pm (closed for lunch 12.30 to 1:15pm)
Saturday – 9:00am to 1.30pm

When you call us on 0818 222 919, during opening hours, you will be greeted with 6 options. Select the most appropriate so that we may deal with your query effectively.

If you would like to make a lodgement with a debit card, please select this option and you will be connected with a member of staff who can facilite you payment securely.
You can also make a payment into your account through Online Banking, login here.
- Press 3 for the Loans Department
You will be connected with a loans officer who can deal with all your loan queries and even take a loan application.

- Press 4 for Credit Control
If you are experiencing difficulity with your loan repayments and wish to speak with a Credit Control officer, select this option and one of our credit control team would be happy to talk you through the options available to you.

For any queries relating to Online Banking or our Mobile App, select this option to speak with our Digital Support team. We can help with issuing PINs for online access, troubleshoot if you are having problems, or to answer any online banking query you may have.

To note, our phone number is centralised to deliver the optimal service to all our members. Your phone call may be answered by a member of staff in any one of our 5 branches. We are all Affinity Credit Union and we are equipped to assist with all our members queries.
